Q)Assalamualaikum please answer my following questions 1)my friends argue with me about fazaail e amal that it contains zaeef hadith,so how should i answer them about it? 2)what is the difference in aqeedah between us and jamaat e islami? 3)my friends argue that spending 40 days in jamaat is contrary to sunnah?is it true?
A)(1) Zaeef hadith does not mean that it should be thrown into dustpit, perhaps, for Ahkamat, if there are Sahih Hadith then Zaeef Hadith are not used in practice, and Ulama have always been united on the fact that, for Fazael, Zaeef hadith can be used. However, Zaeef is a phraseology. And sometimes a hadith is Zaeef near some people and sahih near others. (2) The basic difference between our Aqaid and Jamaat-e-Islamia is that they do not prefer anyone above critics, even they have criticized Sahabah Keraam and at places they have even criticized prophets. Whereas, our Aqeedah is that all Prophets are innocent and Sahabah Keraam are ideal people and they are above all critics and criticizing them is completely forbidden. (3) Fixation of 40 days is just for tarbiyat (training) and it is a administrative work. Acourse of 40 days is fixed for Islah-e-Dil (correction of heart) because in forty days man's nature is transformed. This fixation of 40 days is not a Shariah problem that it may be seen in the light of sunnah. It's main moto is to transform the nature of man into religious mode and sometimes this could be achieved in couple of days and sometimes it could not achieved in years. A)Ulama have always believed in necessity of achieving knowledge, thereby, girls can go out of their houses and achieve it, but parda is compulsory and used be taken care of. Because in Quran, it says: "O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful." (Ahzaab:59) Therefore, going out of their houses without veil is forbidden and achieving knowledge where there is not system of parda is also not permissible.
