A)The prophet of Allah (Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam) did not used to recite Qunoot-e-Nazla for long. You are also requested to recite it short, caring for the Muqtadi that they must not feel uncomfortable. The Prophet of Allah (Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to recite in Fajr Salat whenever any trouble or mischief came upon Muslim community, and he used to keep it short. A)Talaq waqe ho gayi. Shauhar agar keh raha hai to uska etbaar kiya jayega.Shauhar ne talaaq di hai to ye bhi maloom karna zaroori hai ki kitni talaaq di hai. Agar 1-2 talaqen di hain to ruju (wapsi) kar sakta hai.3 talaaqon ke baad ruju nahi hai. Bache ab is umar me baap ke paas hi rahenge. Is khatoon ko kisi aur mard se iddat guzaarne ke baad nikah karne ka hukm hai. 3 talaaq agar nahi hui hai to samjha bujha kar wapsi ki surat nikalni chahiye. Kyunki is khatoon ka koi nahi hai, is liye iski kifaalat uske bhaiyon par hai. Agar bhai na mane to dusre unko mukallaf karen, warna gunah me sab shamil honge.If someone dies in your relationship, there is no harm in having sexual relationship with wife that night.
