Q)Assalamualaykum v.v. anguthi kis hath me aur hath ki kis ungali me pehanni chahiye? aur kese pahenni chahiye? ungali pahanne ke waqt ungali nang andar ki tarah rahe ya bahir ki tarah?| marad ke liye shariat ki roshni me sharai haqiqat batae. purani tasweer ho to uski sharai haqiqat kya he? purani tasweer ko kese nabud kare?| jala ke ya dafan karke ya kisi aur tariqe se?
A)(1) Allah ke Rasool (S.A.W.) se dayen (right) bayen (left) dono hath me angoothi pehenna sabit hai, magar dayen hath men pehenne ki riwayaat kasrat se maujood hain. (Shamael Tirmizi) Angoothi sirf choti ungli me pehenna sabit hai. (AbuDawood:4229) Pehenne ke waqt iska nag hatheli ki taraf hona chahiye. (AbuDawood:3237) Angoothi Chandi ki honi chahiye, aur iska wazan "ek Misqaal" yani "4 masha aur 4 ratti" ho. (AbuDawood:4223) Allah ke Rasool (S.A.W.) ki angoothi na nagina bhi aam taur par chandi hi ka hota tha (Shamael Tirmizi: 84), kisi khaas pathar ka hona bhi sabit hai (Shamael Tirmizi), Naqsh hona bhi sabit hai (Radul Mukhtaar:52). Bila zaroorat mardon ke liye angoothi ka tark karna AFZAL hai, aur zeenat ke liye pehenna MAKROOH hai. (Radul Mukhtaar 9/517) (2) Tasweer purani ho ya nayee bila zaroorat rakhna ya ghar me lagana HARAAM hai. Hazrat Abu Talha se marwi hai ko Aap (S.A.W.) ne irshaad farmaya ke jis ghar me kutta ho ya tasweer ho isme rehmat ke farishte dakhil nahi hote. Q)Assalamualaikum recently i am doing a d2d sells job for that i have to go in different suburb phisically.the problem is that during that period asar and magrib prayer time is appeared but in that time i am in field like there is no masjid .so what i have to do i can pray my prayer when i will come back?is there any option?
A)Offering the prayers in its timing is better and recommended by the Shariah, as stated in the Holy Qur`an in Surah Nisa verse: 103. In this situation, mosque is not compulsory. If mosque is not present, and you get a place to offer it on the way, it should be done that way, because without any compulsions stated in the Shariah, it is not permissible to pass away the salat time without praying. As stated in Radul Mukhtaar: 2/518.

A)Bid`ati (Barelvi) ke peeche namaz padhna makrooh hai, jab ke bid`ati kufriya `amaal wa af`aal ka murtakib na ho, aur kufriya aqaed na rakhta ho, aur faraez ka munkir na ho; Aur agar in me se koi bhi usme payee jati ho to uske peeche namaz nahi hogi, aur uske peeche padhi gayee namaz bhi duhrani hogi. (Radul Mukhtaar: 2/298)

Q)Is the process of Nikah is possible without 2 witness and if the girl decides his meher amount and boy read his nikha as per sunnat with both wish of boy and girl they are agree.
A)(1)Nikah cannot be conducted without two witnesses. Because it is stated in the Holy Quran, Surah Baqarah, Verse No. 282 "and get two witnesses, out of your own men, and if there are not two men, then a man and two women". (2)Girl can fix her meher because its her rights. (3)Boy can conduct his nikah, it is permissible under shariah, but if a girl marries a boy which may not be from her kith and kin may result in her family's disagreement. Perhaps, the noble people's tradition have always been that the elders fix the marriage of their youngsters, especially girls. Thus the better tradition is the nobles one.
